It was an unfortunate moment when I received a message from an old friend of mine (who also happens to be a mermaid performer, an arielist, an acrobat and a juggler), asking if I run Steeltown Mermaids.
I quite proudly answered that I do. I have been running this little performing company (very little, at the moment it's just me) for the past four years! I have performed at birthday parties and festivals, been featured on YouTube channels and, all in all been doing rather well!
Except that my dear old friend let me know that he followed a link to my website and... nothing.
It had been eaten by the internet.
Therefore, since The Pirate Festival (www.thepiratefestival.com), which I have been performing at in one incarnation or another for nearly ten years, is swiftly approaching, I could not rest- could not sleep for an instant!- until I once again had a website.
Forgive, dear reader, the sparseness at this time. There are plans for new and better photos (the costumes have vastly improved since my first swim in 2015) as well as new videos, including the expensive story of why I stopped making videos.
Thank you so much for visiting, and we'll see you soon with bigger and better things!
